At My Relax Hub, we are committed to delivering your outdoor lifestyle products safely and efficiently. Because we specialize in high-quality, often oversized items like saunas and firepits, please review our specialized shipping procedures below.
1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

Contiguous United States: We offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Excluded Regions: Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and freight requirements of our products.
2. Processing and Handling Time

Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Items from specific brands (e.g., Sauna Life or Ohio Flame) may have longer lead times due to the artisanal nature of the product. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated lead times.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
3. Transit Times

Standard Freight Shipping: Large items typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after leaving the warehouse.

Small Parcel Shipping: Smaller accessories typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
4. Freight Delivery Procedure (Saunas & Firepits)
Most of our large items are delivered via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.

Delivery Appointment: The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.

Curbside Delivery: Standard freight delivery is "Curbside." This means the driver will drop the shipment at the curb or the end of your driveway. Drivers are not responsible for moving the item into your backyard, garage, or home.

Adult Signature Required: An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment and sign the delivery receipt.
5. Inspection at Delivery
This is the most critical step. Before signing the delivery receipt:

Inspect the Packaging: Check for any holes, crushed corners, or signs of impact.

Note Damages: If you see damage, you must write "Damaged upon delivery" on the receipt before signing.

Refusal: If the item is severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at 888-891-7618.
6. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is incomplete or you received the wrong item, please notify us at support@myrelaxhub.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can rectify the error.
7. Change of Address & Intercept Fees
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an item has been dispatched, any request to change the delivery address will result in a "Reconsignment Fee" charged by the carrier, which is the responsibility of the customer.
